Initially I was not offered a courtesy car, however when Claire Deans decame aware of this the situation was rectified.

They phoned about the recall, I was told I would be given a lift into Stirling centre. I was informed the driver was off sick and this was not possible. I eventually got a lift from one of the staff at the dealership. I was unhappy with the attitude.

Car was booked in for an MOT told by telephone it would take 1 hour.On arrival I was told they were very busy it took nearer 2 hours.If I had known that I would have arranged for the car to be picked up rather than waste my time hanging around.
